KEPServerEx siemens TCP/IP tag bad quality

I have the following configured:

channel with driver Siemens TCP/IP
added an device for model S7-400
added a tag

The quality stays Bad (Out of Service)

How can I make sure the quality is GOOD so I can read the tag values from my software.

Show me you Tag address with address on PLC, Somethink like DB45.DBD20...
